I CANT HELP IT! I WANTED HIM WITH JULIA IN THE END. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN BUT I WISH IT WOULD HAVE. IT WOULD HAVE MADE THE WORLD OF DIFFERENCE TO ME. NOW WHEN I WATCH THE MOVIE...I TURN IT OFF BEFORE THE END.

It's a little bit shame on me, but I just watched it recently, but whatever. But after all, for me, most of the romantic-comedy's movie was best for snack. I watched it, and I felt something strange and I felt this feeling before (I felt it once, when I saw Made of Honor). This movie was the better one (well, I compare it with Made of Honor because I watched this movie later, I mean I watched Made of Honor first).
This movie has a great idea and (sorry, some spoiler) it was the first time I saw Julia Roberts lost in love battle. Alright, Julia Robert, as we know that she is a great actress and she showed great performance and her emotion when she played her role was brilliant! Even with hear (awful I might say) hair! For this review, I just choose two cast to be reviewed, so next will be Cameron Diaz. Well, she was fine, fine performance I might say, perform with her cute smile even when she cried. The others were so-so and I don't wanna talk much about it.
About the story, I like this movie's story, I mean it's idea. Well the score and songs featured in this film were nice I guess, but I didn't like it much, but still acceptable.
To summarize this movie was a decent one, a nice pick for Julia Robert's or Cameron Diaz's fans. All I hope after I watched this movie is, I don't have to have some trouble like canceling my best friend's wedding. Because I have a nice friend, my best friends (female) that was close to me (and she is still my best friend when this review made). -

Seriously this movie makes all women look crazy. The only normal characters are the men, and they are the helpless victims of the women's devious schemes. Thank god the men were hot and one was gay!

I was confused about what i thought about this movie because firstly, she held off the decison making long enough to bore the viewers into thinking that there might be a silver lining at the end of her evil deeds but the ending was not at all what i expected. Roberts and Mulroney display symptoms of being in love, but not with each other and thats all that is needed to know to decipher the story line. Humorous and delightful movie though

Entertaining! I love the story... Julia Roberts is great... It gives us a real event where we know the worth of one person when he was gone.. The scene are scandalous especially when Kimmy saw Julianne kissed Michael. It was pleasurable to watch the scene when they sang "Say a Little Prayer for You", but it only shows an exaggerated part of the movie., The last part when Julianne gave Michael and Kimmy her gift, it was solemn and I can feel where it was going, it is awful for Julianne, but that is what life is all about, understanding that not all things can be ours.

This movie can just be described with two words Fun and Fun! It's completly hillarious! For me it's one of the best comedies ever made, the guy George(one of the best things), the gortious best friend, the sweet enemy, the songs, everything is just perfect, at the point, without being corny nor stupid it is just perfect. After watching maid of honor you realize how big is this one, Julia Roberts is superb! One of the best performances of this famous actrees. The end is so real, so sad that it maks you cry and laugh at the same time I love it, I really do .

not really the intrigue of setting up diaz's families companykinda lost me and the fact that julia doesnt get the man but the gay friend while in mr dempsey's remake im shure he gets the girl always mens wants seem to supersede the females typical patriarchial men gots to keep towing the line right boys

Julien tries to break the wedding of her best friend with Kimi but losses the battle. But it was very heroic of her to accept her fault in the end and set things to right, the way it should be.
